Wooden floors underfoot, local artwork on the walls, a private balcony off every room, and a bathroom of wood, granite and bamboo with solar-heated water — quiet, warm, and made to be lived in, not photographed once.
Our Land
The resort sits in its own grounds above the Narayani — gardens, paths and open terraces between the villas, with vegetables from our own garden reaching the kitchen daily. Dinner is grown before it’s cooked.
Personal Details
Daily housekeeping, air-conditioning when the Terai heat needs it, and staff who know returning guests by name. Over four in five of the team come from the villages around us — the personal part of the stay is the point.
